Do credits expire?+
No. Once purchased, Scout AI credits are stored in your account and never expire. Use them at your own pace.
Is there a subscription?+
No. CV Scout uses one-off credit packs — you buy credits when you need them. There is no monthly fee and no automatic renewal.
Can I get a refund?+
If a Scout AI session fails due to a technical error, your credit is automatically refunded. If you are unhappy with the quality, contact us and we will review your case.
What payment methods are accepted?+
Payment is handled by Stripe. We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Apple Pay and Google Pay may be available depending on your browser and device.
Can I use a discount code?+
Yes. Enter your discount or referral code on this page before completing your purchase. Codes may apply a percentage discount or cover the full cost of a pack.
